University
So today was the first day I was back in university and I have to say I have an incredible headache.
We had a three hour lecture at 6.30 pm till 9.30; which was incredibly long. I didn’t think I could get this tired, but I was just dozing of in the train all the way back. It’s about Roman Law, which is interesting in some way but somehow it’s also incredibly boring.
I have a hell of a next 3 1/2 weeks infront of me, with so much damn work it’s going to kill me. I have only three assignments, but one each week which include so much damn research in a library which is 2 hours away from me by train (at least).
The internet has bored me to tears lately, I never know what to do anymore there. All the things that use to be interesting have gotten a little bland and I feel like I’ve achieved nothing in my last years of doing HTML and all the other things. Maybe it’s just a phase, but I’ve been feeling less attracted to my PC and more attracted to other things, which I guess is a nice thing as well. (For all non-nerd people around me). Perhaps it’s the weather as well, it’s been shit and I’ve been able to do nothing.
I went to Den Haag and Rotterdam, two large cities around me here in the Netherlands last week, which was really nice; but the weather was so blah it was horrible to take pictures. We went to the beach, Scheveningen, which was gorgeous, but once again: Weather = shit.
Alas, I have nothing interesting to tell you, my life is a boring blob. Bah!
